Fanex was founded because we believe fantasy sports betting is currently too complex and confusing for many sports fans, creating an underserved market.
As advocates of blockchain technology, we believe the most consumer friendly use case of the technology is one tailored towards sports fans where you simply hold tokens of your favorite athletes; giving owners of each AthleteToken the ability to place side bets with their positions.
The explosion of blockchain based games such as CryptoKitties demonstrates a consumer appetite for these types of games and we are excited to share Fanex with the community!

TRADING
Fans can propose and execute trades with each other if a desired deal can be found. Either can be used to fill gaps in value to complete trades.
PLAYABLE-TOKENS
Athlete tokens are usable and tradable within any game that is built on top of the FanexPlatform. Each athlete will consist of 10,000 AthleteTokens.
3,000 AthleteTokens will be the initial float for the community airdrop, with the remaining 7,000 tokens reserved for our Token sale to investors, player & strategic partners, and developers using the FanexPlatform.
FANEX PLATFORM
The FanexPlatform will allow developers to build their own applications which incorporate Fanex tokens.
COLLECT, TRADE AND WAGER
Games won’t just be limited to those Fanex builds itself. Developers are able to build on our platform and make their own apps which incorporate Athlete Tokens.
Fanex Coins are purchased in the Fanex Private Sale, Pre-Sale, and Token Sale. Fanex Coins will be converted into Athlete Tokens at a rate of 1 to 1. Once a Fanex Coin is converted into an Athlete Token the Fanex Coin will be forever burned, resulting in a shrinking total supply.
Athlete Tokens are playable-tokens that can be held, traded, exchanged or used in fantasy-like betting games and competitions. An example being the first game we plan to release — a simple 1v1 wager where two fans each select a token and agree on a statistic to determine the winner with the loser giving up their token.
You could bet another fan a single token that Stephen Curry will score more points than LeBron James in an upcoming game — and if Curry does, you’ll receive both tokens!
Our platform will allow developers to build their own applications which incorporate Fanex tokens, creating more fun ways to use and win Athlete Tokens.
